Something is messed up with the DPC web site. I tried to get on the site from 12 AM to 2AM Pacific (3AM-5AM DPC time) and it was down "calculating results" for the whole time. So now that the site is up, something's still wrong.
See, someone has to manually post the new challenges every week when the time comes, and I guess no one has been able to do it yet. |

Drew and Langdon must be up to sumthing!
And there's something else, after all the complaints about the open challenges, they might be saving up for a speed challenge, in which you have to reach certain requirements in order to submit! Just like the rubber duckie challenge! |

| Maybe they are waiting to post it the day before it ends. Give us a day so the entries will come down to a resonable number so people will stop bitching. :) |

| Perhaps they were affected by the power outage that hit us all evening and through part of the night yesterday. I don't know where they are hosted, but since the site is on EST time it may be near to here. |

Oh well, after today's DQ I think I'll slink away in shame and give up on this anyway, husband says I paid the member fee now I have to wait and enter the next challenge and all the challenges, Ha! I think slinking away in shame sounds better. Unless the next challenge is something really awesome!!!

Just in case this was a problem with the Internet in general, I've taken the oportunity to optimize the Web. You will all probably notice faster Web surfing now. No need to thank me, as I see it, it's just part of my civic duty as an upstanding netizen.

There were some suggestions to move the timing of some of the challenges...perhaps this is how it will be done, intenionally or not?
Or perhaps this will be the first open speed challenge....
