There's got to be users out there. Come on, you know who you are :) Seriously, I would appreciate any thoughts or comments from users. I'm looking to purchase a Giottos MT8180 (professional) tripod with a built in head. Here's a link:

Any thoughts about heads? Ball head versus grip heads?
