Has the site thought of making a business card or something like that.

I was thinking this morning about having one available if I need an in for asking someone on a building to take a challenge pic.

I was thinking maybe one with your logo and everyone who had (X) number of submittion could get.
(of course with there name, or we would have the templete and we could print them ourselves)
I recommend a templete is so that we all have the same card design.
Reason for (X) number, is because if ask about the site they would have more knowledge than someone with no entries.

Just a thought on this bright and earler morning.

My suggestion:

It came up in the context of a discussion of press passes.

The problem is a liability issue. Whatever it is can't make it appear that you are, for example, at an event representing DPC. A membership card might be possible, and the stickers are supposed to be a form of advertising for the site -- you could print it out at 66% and be pretty close to business card size.

If we print a membership card. Do we want to formalize the templete.
Or, What ever the members/registered user want goes....

not to be the dark voice of all things evil and lawyers, but a busineess card would indicate a "business" relationship with DPC, when we have none-- we are only members and participants. But a membership card might be helpful in "persuading" security guards and premises management that you're not just some yahoo off the street, but a serious photographer trying to get a good shot, plus one could always offer a print of the subject to its owner or manager as a "thank you" gift?

Your other option is to carry a tripod so you look like a serious photographer! ;)

If I sell a print, they take half the money. Not to disagree with you, lawyergirl, but we DO have a business relationship with DPC, at least in DPCP. ;)

(I still think there's a whole HOST of issues dpc doesn't wanna bother with regarding that relationship)
