| Is there a tool in the new photoshop that stiches photos together or is a diffrent software the way to go? |

There is one in the old CS, so i'm assuming there's one in the new one.
Download a trial off the Adobe website and see if there is one. It should be under File, Automate or around there. |

It's called "photo merge" under File/automate Here's an example merging 2 photos Seattle
