I have tried submitting 4 or 5 times my image is below 150 k and within the 640 pixels range each time i click submit the file name disappears?
is this me or a site problem? |

Okay, first of all, what web browser are you using? Are you Mac or Windows?

One thing to try is to quit your browser and restart your computer. Then try it again. Also, if you are using a new version of a web browser, try using the old one again; the new one may have problems with java scripting.

| Make sure you have a jpg image. I did that one week, the size was fine but the format wasn't. |

| thanks i dont know what happened ? The size and format were all ok I re-submitted this morning and it worked strange eh? |

I always prefer when there's a known cause for this kind of thing. Glad it worked -- maybe you just needed to show that recalcitrant web server that "hey -- even an email server can handle this file, what's your problem?"
