Huge camera decision!!

Currently i have a canon 20D and i found out that i can get a brand New D70s from Nikon for only $900 and i can get almost all their lenses for about half off!!!! (thank you part time job in electronic store)

i am contimplating selling my 20d and lenses to get the D70 and am wondering if there is much that i would lose going from the 20D to the D70. i know the D70 has spot metering which i kinda want.

Thanks for your help.

(sorry Canon but this is a pretty good deal)
