I enjoy watching storms and trying to photograph lightning. My famous one is this shot:



This is from a line of severe thunderstorms that passed through Dallas on June 1, 2004. I sent the shot into our local channel 8 and for a while, they used it on their web site.

Richard that is good. Well all of them are good here atleast better then mine..I keep trying though.. I like the use of Fugi's settings, and I can change the exposure as well as aperture.. Its just hard to get used to sometimes. I have sat through several storms since and havent been able to get a thing.

I wont give up though even if I do waste my batteries..

No I did not, just the lens. The last and closest bolt was very bright and too close for comfort making me go inside right after the shutter closed.
