Is it OK to use the business name on the copyright of a photo? I would prefer to use my business name for the recognition, instead of my name. Since am the owner of the business is it OK to do this?
I don't know if this makes a difference, but my business is registered as a Limited Liability Company.

Yes you can; however it is somewhat important to understand that you and the LLC are two separate legal entities, just as if the corporation were another person. That means that if you record the copyright under the name of the LLC, that copyright is an asset of the LLC. That means that if you ever sell the business, all the copyrights go with it (of course, you could always sell the copyrights back to yourself for $1).
Hope this answers your question.
