Got about $250 to spend on my camera. I have the Canon 20D. What would be a good purchase for around $250 USD?

Such suggestions I'm potentially looking at are extension tubes, underwater casings, fisheye lens (if they make any worth buying under $400).. things like that.. Any suggestions?
