Phase One/Capture One - Best sharpening setting for 20D?

I've got used to using Capture one for 16bit RAW workflow and find it much easier to use than PS CS, but I've now been fiddling around with sharpening settings there and some questions have come up:
How much sharpening should I do on that level? Does it make the work in PS faster if you have (most of) the sharpening done at this early stage with the data as raw a possible or does that lead to oversharpening?

Maybe the question boils down to: how much sharpening is safe to do on that early stage?

Initially I just had the sharpening on very low settings, 50%, threshold of 5, but the images seem to pop much more out with, say 200-300%, threshold of 0-2
