Looks like I'm safe for now, although the thought of someone having a cool doll of me with ripped abs was rather fun.

I don't get it - if you expected to get DQed, why would you submit the photo? Sounds like you knew it wasn't legal but submitted it anyway. If you hadn't been DQed and perchance made it to the final three, would you have admittted your indescretion or just taken the ribbon and shut up?

SJ Really sorry to hear you got DQ'D and even more so about your son. Depression is a very difficult thing! It seems like a lot of people are getting DQ'D, so don't feel bad. Sometimes people forget about the date setting, happened to us before. Keep your chin up and Good Luck with everything!

I thought they were, coz they certainly ain't reality!

Blank = A mythical Blank traditionally represented as a Blankety Blank.

yeah lol but it's cool, coz I know that Blanks ARE fantasy... maybe they just don't get my childlike mind.... hee hee. This place is all about fun anyway and learning, which I am doing at the mo, so all is well in the land of muggles (",) Can't wait to try for the next challenge.... other half will be running away with his camera me thinks lol

I'm curious, why would a differebt photos score go up because a photo was DQ'd? I can see it moving UP on the ladder of placings, but I don't see how it would affect the score itself.

Your take is correct. The score isn't impacted by other photo DQ's.

muggle_girl, aren't you supposed to refrain from mentioning specifics until the challenge is over? It's not hard to narrow down your photo to 1 or 2 based on what you've said.

sorry (",) have had a message from site council explaining some things which makes it clearer for me. Cheers, will remember not to do this again. Totally forgot there were only a few blankety blank pics. Sorry peeps.

muggle_girl - I think at this point you're supposed to edit your previous 2 posts to edit out the reference, not add a third post identifying your picture :-)
