| The support and guidence I have received since I have been a member is invaluable. The process of taking a photograph to meet the challenge is also an invaluable learning experience. Although I have been frustrated I have also been encouraged to keep it up. I read a quote once "the success that comes from a positive attitude sometimes begets higher expectations that, in turn, diminish one's positive attitude." author unknown. No matter how much we can beat ourselves up, the encouragement of those here keep us going. Jo Ann |

Wow, someone in the Rant forum who isn't complaining...cool
Anyways, Joan, if you would like to take a look at the process and thinking behind my entries you can go to my site and take a look. I am no pro or anything, and wouldn't mind getting more comments on my photographs myself.

I gave your seatle shot a 8, that was one of my prefered shot last week !

I must say that I agree with Joann. I've only been a member since late Saturday, but have spent every available minute surfing the site since then and have already learned a few things.
I'm also pretty pleased with the ratings and comments I've gotten thus far on what was essentially a last minute, toss it up submission. |

Yep, the description of this forum is to rant or rave or discuss. It great that you document the process for your creations. Both of your photographs certainly have a professional look to them. I look forward to seeing what you present us with next time!
