I had seen this image on the web a few months back. It was entitled : "Worst Mother Ever!".

Oh, that's so sad:(
I saw a show on the Animal Channel where the SPCA rescued ducklings that fell into the storm drain like that.
We can only hope that whoever took the picture got help for them. |
