All images (from this collection created using merge to hdr feature in cs2 with "local adaptation" method (except where noted below) and custom compression curve.


bins source images
low light indoor shot with sunlight peeking through the roof


oven source images
experimental brick oven shot, low light indoor


lower mosque source images
upper mosque source images
two hdr's compressed and stitched


clock tower source images
night shot of lit tower, overcast sky


view source images
harsh lighting differential, bright overcast sky with mountain in bkgd and backlit subjects in shadow

(as above but using "highlight compression")
highlight compression in this case produces a more natural looking result with more contrast but less shadow/highlight detail.
