Astro nerds take note, especially if you're west of the Mississippi.

Go out, look west, find venus. Hold up hand and use fingers to measure width. Four finger widths to the lower right of Venus you'll find a VERY slender crescent moon, barely more than a day old.

If you spot it, it's the youngest moon many of you will ever see. Me and Andrea just marveled. Such simple pleasures.
