Do any of you have any neat tricks on stowing the left over strap ends after you get them all adjusted to your comfort? I am not real small but I have 6-10 inches of strap ends left over, and I know I am not going to like it flapping all over the place. Any help short of cutting off the excess would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dick

fold em up and rubber band em ... that way if you need to .. you can make the stra[ps loinger.. or if you sell it to someone they'll be able too also

If you want it permanent, you can just take a sharp utility knife to it, then use a lighter to melt the end so it doesn't come unraveled.... for temp situations you could roll them up and hold them in place with velcro or rubber bands.....
I hate being a slow typer....

Thanks, I thought of the rubber band thing but am looking for something a little more stable but not quite as permanent as cutting them off.

You could try putting some nylon zip ties on to hold the extra straps and such. |

Have you thought about using the nylon zip ties. More permanent than rubber bands, but yet removeable when you need to!
(slow and old typer)

I've been gone putting Zip ties on them. They will work fine, I thought the resourcefull gang here might have a gadget that I couldn't get along without.
Thanks for all of the suggestions.

I guess if you wanted to be different you could get some large heat-shrink tubing, thread that onto the strap and then shrink it onto the leftover strap. |
