I found a wireless transmitter for my studio strobes that is a great affordable solution to keeping the wire tangle to a minimum. They have a range of at least 100', and probably farther. I have used them with my strobes at an outdoor rodeo, and have had great success with them. I purchased a second receiver for the second strobe, so in situations where I can't rely on the first strobe light triggering the second one, the second receiver will. Here is a link to them on eBay. It a very cost effective solution to those who want to go wireless, but can't afford the higher end solutions.
