What do you say about it?
----------
To me it doesn't look that "realistic", but I liked the "dreamy" effect of the blurred background!
Opinions, suggestions!? "Delete this file right now" type of comments!?
Plz, I'm looking for ur suggestions.....

Fine job except that the blotchy sky doesn't work for me. Very good work for a first try.

Not sure if you were trying for a realistic look or dreamy look.
As bear mentined the sky is too great.
I did a 5 minute edit on it and came up with this:
Workflow was basically, white balance adjustment, levels, options and selected my defaults of 0.5 on each, minor adjustment in Shadows/Highlight , did a Ctrl-ALt-~ to select the highlights and brought the brightness down a tad, eyedroppered a section of the foliage on the left, selected the brush tool in color burn mode, brushed over lightly at about 8% to basically darken the washed-out bushes, USM 50, 0.3, 0 on lightness channel, cloned out some specs on his shirt & sky.
At least that's what I remember anyway.
Open each and switch in taskbar between them to see differences.

I like it, but I was more into the scratches and marks on the pic. I wanted it out. I also "cloned" lots of bits and pieces, and a major section of it as well (left side of the shot). Yours have a more natural look, but I really was after the blurry effect!

scuds, take note of BradP's version. Look alot more like a photo, more convincing.
You are on the right track, but something about your retouch seems unnatural.
Keep practicing.

I agree...BradP's looks realistic. I am sure with more time the other issues that you wanted fixed could be done as well. Personally, I would want to restore it to as realistic a state as possible.
just my opinion... |

Wasn't sure you were going for the dreamy look.
While it was still active in PS, I went back & cleaned up the scratches & "stuff" and went the softer dreamy look:

Hmmm, not to change the subject, but it looks to me like he's got his hand on her breast. Do her parents know she's going out with a guy like that? LOL
