Any time I am opening an image in PhotoShop, if there are no other images open, there is a grid overlay on the pic. It is easily closed by Ctrl-H, but it gets annoying when you are opening & closing numerous images. Does anybody know how to remove it as a default? It didn't always do this, but I can't seem to locate how to change it.
Thanks.

Hmm...there is a "Save Workspace" on the menus i beleive.
also, it seems that PS will save and reopen with whatever you had when you closed it (if grid was on then, it will be next time too).

choose View> Grid. Choose it and it will disappear. When choosing the grid, if you choose the command a second time, it will hide it.

I'll look for the Save Workspace option. Definitely doesn't reopen with whatever settings were active when closed, though. |

Doh!
It was a checkmark on View/Show/Grid. Thanks for the help. |
