We should of had a meet up there. I was there checking out every ones cameras and lenses. I was hoping to run into some one that was a part of this group. Saw some really nice L-glass there. Forgot I was out in the sun and didn't realize I got burnt untill I was half way home and my face was killing me. Next week is the show at Mcguire AF base in south Jersey.
Anyone going to that one? |

No did not see him. Although I did see a few people with huge lenses.
Did you go out on the beach with your camera? I was very apprehensive about it but made my way down to the ocean. (I always have to have the front seat) Guy next to me had a brand new D70 and got a sand grain inside it. |

I was too scared to go on the beach or sand with my camera, I stayed up on the boardwalk under the canopy thingy they had there.

You just got to go for it, if the beach is the right spot then you gotz to go there and shoot.
It's the man made stuff to watch out for...I did the Wings Over Gillespie airshow a few weekends back and one of the idiots in one of the Polish trainers gunned the jets while taxiing in to park and dusted (I mean pelted) us in the photobox on the tarmac. Rocks were flying at us. Everything got blown away, chairs, umbrellas and small children...you should have seen all the L glass running for cover...
