Hey- I was just wondering if the photographer can sign as the witness or if it has to be a third party?
Also, if anyone has the dreamstime model releases I could use both minor & adult forms, I was having problems viewing them online & need to submit some photos.

It has to be a third party. I believe you also need someone else to witness self-portraits too.

| If you photograph a begger, do you need a model release? Similarly, If a Film star visits your city, and you photograph him/her do you ask for a model release? |

| in canada, If the model is over 18, there is no need for a "witness" as long as both leave the shoot with a copy of the contract. |
