Ok, so it looks too good to be true, but there's a Canon XL-2 MiniDV here. Does anyone know if this website is for real? Like is it reputable?

Oh, and I guess my point was that the pricetag is less than half of every other place I've seen it.

When will we all learn. On new, current model (as opposed to discontinued closeouts) equipment - there is no such thing as real deals for 50,60,70 or even 80% of what they go for on on most sites. The merchant would be losing money.

Therefore, the only way for them to make money in that situation is sell you a bunch of overpriced accessories, switch you to a "better" model which is fully priced, and charge you usery rates on shipping and handling.

Hence you see the feedback

Hahaha! Wow, I'm a horrible researcher... Dangit though, that would have been a steal, literally.

Don't forget they also charge you for stuff that's in the box with the camera: battery, charger, etc.
