| Ok, so it looks too good to be true, but there's a Canon XL-2 MiniDV here. Does anyone know if this website is for real? Like is it reputable? |

| Oh, and I guess my point was that the pricetag is less than half of every other place I've seen it. |

When will we all learn. On new, current model (as opposed to discontinued closeouts) equipment - there is no such thing as real deals for 50,60,70 or even 80% of what they go for on on most sites. The merchant would be losing money.
Therefore, the only way for them to make money in that situation is sell you a bunch of overpriced accessories, switch you to a "better" model which is fully priced, and charge you usery rates on shipping and handling.
Hence you see the feedback |

Don't forget they also charge you for stuff that's in the box with the camera: battery, charger, etc. |
