At first I thought it would be very difficult to meet the challenge each week. Now I find my mind is constantly thinking of ways to meet the challenge and take that perfect 10 shot! This site has improved my photograhy no end and I am very grateful to it for that!! On showing the pics to family/friends, I get, 'that's nice' but here I get informed, helpful critiques. It's a wonderful and addictive site!!

I know what you mean. With this site and the good people who use it, I would still be a full-time snapshooter - now, I'm a 80 % photographer and 20% snapshooter. I never knew what DOF was 'til I got here.

Robro, I know what you mean... The challenges are a great way to inspire you to make better and better pics, because you have the potential reward of having your picture rated highly and seen by others. :) That's very a powerful "addiction" and source of motivation to many.
