I don̢۪t know if anyone has seen this before but it is a very good read for a user that is new to digital photography and / or the Rebel XT. If offers 10 lessons on Digital Photography Basics and 10 lessons for the EOS Digital Rebel XT, 20 lessons total. Its in a flash format with read and picture examples.

thanks for posting the link :) I'm getting my XT within the next couple of weeks so this might come in handy!
