I think this would have been lost in the dephts of the forum archive if I left it in the other thread, so I'm posting it in a new one.

Not a bad idea but it needs some further explanation. Not everybody knows that much about "the notorious X-files".

How about someone writing a description for a Paranormal Activity challenge without a reference to x-files in it.

Photograph the para-normal (real or imagined)...
UFOs, Aliens, Bigfoot, Lochness, etc.

How about this:
Take A photo of or pertaining to parapsychology; pertaining to forces or mental processes, such as extrasensory perception or psychokinesis, outside the possibilities defined by natural or scientific laws.
I thought this would rank up there with some of the vague descriptions that they give us now.

Yeah, but you forgot aliens.
I chose "paranormal activity" as it gives us more freedom. You have aliens, bigfoot, "telekinese" (I don't know the real word), mind-reading, anything you like that cannot be explained by science.
