can i add more pixels to my photos with adobe elements 2?

Add pixels? What is it exactly you want to do?

you can, but you might not like the results. You can upsize the picture bicubicly at like 7% a bunch of times to increase the resolution. It only works so well though.

yea pixels, i want to make a picture clear without making it look grainy
