Keep some of those Desiccant gel paks (those small do not eat packages) that you get when you buy an electronic item. They suck up moisture. You can also purchase them.

Wanted to thank all of you for this support and helpful information. I was really bummed when I this happened. But it worked out fine, and I got some great tips!
