well, I wouldn't rate it higher then a 5, a powerful PC is like the Dell XPS gen4

and this only rates 8 on my scale.
the dual processor AMD64 gets the 10 :)
and 10 on my PC scale is about 6 on my macintosh scale :) and the dual 2GHz G5 I have gets about 8.5 on my mac scale.
and I have the dual processor G5 with 1.5GB DDR, 160+80GB SATA,superdrive 400+200GB Lacie FW disks, Radeon 9600 pro videocard (will be upgraded soon) and 23" LCD,
AMD 2700 with 1GB DDR, 200GB harddisk, 16x DVD +/- RW and nvidia 7500 videocard and 19" LCD, and 12" powerbook, 867MHz, 768Mb ram, 40GB disk, combo drive :)
