I would like it if the email that notifies you that you have a PM would make the user's name clickable into their profile. There's a link to reply, but I never want to reply until I've seen who I'm talking with.

The subject line gives the user name, and when you click on the link to reply, there is a link on the page that opens that will take you to the user's profile. Right-click on it and select "open in new window" and you won't lose the reply page.
