Yea trees! :-) My favorite subject to photograph. Um, after nordlys (northern lights) that is... ;-)

P.S. I like your third picture the best, though I think it may help to crop out the bottom part just above the street sign (or whatever that is). :-)

Very interesting tree. I really like the smooth texture of the tree bark, which your pictures did well to show. What species of tree are they?
Trees are one of my favorite photographic subjects, but I think they are underrated by DPC members in challenges. Two that I recently entered in challenges did rather poorly to my surprise.

| they are called ghost gum trees. Koalas love these to eat the leaves off. |
