Thanks in advance for your reply.

I bought a camera from them. Found a good price on their website but placed the order over the phone. They tried to sell me accessories at very high prices but I resisted. The shipping charges were inflated but still the total was the best price I could find. On the whole a positive experience. I'd buy from them again if they had the best price as before.

Use Froogle to get the reviews. Look "tristate cameras" up in //www.froogle.com, and then click on the review hyperlink (this may be shown as a number, e.g. "3.5 /5.0" or as the word "review".)

Froogle will show up to four websites that review each merchant. If its the first time you've used this, also check out B&H's review and one on the other end, like "express cameras".

Here's a link to what they said about tristate cameras: //www.google.com/froogle/merchratings?store=tristatecamera&q=tristate+cameras
