Is there any chance people can complain at the entrance of the stadium for a final game of Soccer, if i take my camera equipment?
For example those people that are making security at the entrance of a stadium... Please help since tomorrow is the final of the soccer team that i am fan of...

I'd be more worried about hooligans breaking my gear than secirity people at the gate.

check the security before you leave the house with a phone call and question what is premitted. Better to call and leave behind than be stuck at the gate with all the equipment. Also if you get to take everything with you make sure you know WHO you talked to so if a problem arrises you can say who oked what you are carrying.

Last December I wasn't able to take my backpack or my slr into the Steelers game and settled for the dimage with a 2x converter...was a one lense limit without a press pass. And well the converter I stuck on the camera before I went in so I got away with that.

I've taken my camera to all the games that I've been to at Chelsea this eason, and not had any bothe at all. Neither from stewards or hooligans.
Not sure what the stadiums are like in Portugal though! :)

I have not been to a stadium here in portugal for sometime but the last time i took my nytech camera... very small so problems didn't occured but this time i would like to take the canon 20D with at least two or three lenses... And i really don't want to get at the door with all the equipment and not see the game because of this...
Maybe it's better i leae it at home.. but at the same time i will get really pi**ed of if i see someone with a camera like that inside...

THree friends of mine went to a big concert a few weeks ago and took one girl's 20D and telephoto lens. To get it through security they took it apart and each person took a piece. She had the camera body in her purse, one guy had the lens down the front of his baggy cargo pants, and another guy shoved the rest of the gear down his pants. They had no problems getting in, just wear baggy enough pants...either that or risk being arrest for OTHER reasons. :-) As you can imagine.

You must be a Sporting fan then.

I can imagine that UEFA are really strict on stuff like that. They are all about money.
