Gil doesn't skimp on his equipment. I'm sure it's one of those fancy Left socks, because the L socks are much higher quality than the R socks.

(no pic though - gotta' work on that)

WOW this is really big... My camera only with the flash power grip and 90300mm lens is already heavy i imagine this...
It would be nice to see it with the extras... power grip and flash...
As you said you'll work on that i will be waiting.

You see... I have a 13,000$cdn camera/lens combo and the whole conversation revolves around a sock... and a dirty sock, you may notice it sits on top of the washer...

Hmmm...

EOS-1D Mark II - highest score of a shot on DPC: 7.5803
Olympus E-10 - highest score of a shot on DPC: 7.8734

I have an idea!
Any of you Mark II users find the need to boost your scores here, I would be willing to trade my E-10, mind you,
THE very same award-winning unit - not a cheap knock-off, for one of your Mark II's.

I know I would take a hit on my averages, but being such a stand-up guy, am willing to make that sacrifice.

I better stop before someone starts peeing themselves laughing - was enough of it around this site yesterday!

Hmmm... I got 8.2695 with my Panasonic FZ10... I will also selflessly swap for a Mark II!

Well the washer has a hand wash cycle...I did notice that...but the question remains was it a Gold Toe top of the line sock or was it a Hane's special...with holes of course...lol

if you must know... this being spring and all, I cut my socks so that I can wear shorts.. so this is the part of the sock that got left behind... you see, with all the payments for my gear...I can't afford pre-cut socks.

In the interest of furthering the career of such a promising young (?!) photographer, I'm sure Langdon could be convinced to trade his 8.6-scoring Olympus C-700UZ for your lowly E-10.
