I am by no means a lighting expert, hell, I'm barely a lighting novice, so this statement may be erroneous, but this seems to me to be almost a free challenge. What winning photo on this site has no paid attention to and made creative and fitting use of light? That being said, a good photo, whatever the subject may be, should have good lighting...right?
So what differentiates this challenge from the others? Should we be more creative than normal? Is that possible?

sometimes an images strong point is the subject matter, or emotional content, or humor ... this time, the strength should be the light.

ok im going to try and pull all this together....the subject can be anything...the interesting thing in the photo should be how the light effects(affects-never get those straight) the anything....and if the anything happens to be "nekked you are guarenteed a "10" from bradp -scuds-slippy-ken-rex etc......
have i got it???? |

Wouldn't count on anything "10" from me (well unless twice counts).

i certainly hope that was a universal you and not a direct you ...to me...i know where the airport is bradp.....and with proper medication im not afraid to use it!!!!....one day i will shock you all and learn how to take a great photo... :)

Well I wasn't referring to a vote there, nor anything photographically-related....
Class - can we all say Inuendo?
It was actually a poke at me relating to the old joke about "Give me (blank) inches and make it hurt, so I did it twice and slapped her" and the "have I got it?" left the door open for "I certainly hope you don't."
Dang this foot tastes terrible - still trying to pull it out of my mouth...
