I thought this was an interesting gallery concept. Check it out.

Pixel Museum

haven't checked it out too much, but first impressions are good.

it's kind of fun but... if the intent is actually to share art i'm not sure it works too well... the novelty of moving around and between various rooms wears off pretty fast... and then the interface is just slowing you down...
