I went out this morning in search of a pair of elusive bluebirds, and finally got some pictures of them. In addition to these, I got pics of a red bellied woodpecker, saw a big hawk (but couldn't catch him), and heard some turkeys hidden in the woods. It's fun to see how many different species you can catch just by waiting patiently in your own backyard.

Great shots all, this is my favorite of the bunch:

Really nice shots!!
I got one today also of cardinals kissing
And a blue jay in the backyard
I also had a Baltimore Oriole in the backyard but he is really skitish!
