After looking back at the comments in the last thread that was locked, I get the feeling a number of members thought I wanted to remove a low-scoring shot for purposes of bumping my average (though I know most were just pokin' fun).
I do want to go on record that I really could care about the numbers here anymore, and that after dicovering my oops on it, didn't want to push it under the carpet and in fact have a proposal for a shot that is diqualified for ANY reason.
Simply put, leave the shot in the challenge, but move it to the end of the pile, with the scores wiped and a zero given to the members' averages. I'll take the first zero and lower my average - means nada to me.
Here is a sample of what a disqualified shot could look like in the bottom of the pile:
It could still be commented on as to why it was DQ'd, could serve as a learning tool for the what not to do's in editing, etc..
Any thoughts on this idea?

| We already decided to list all DQ'd photos at the end of the challenges, but the coding hasn't been implimented yet. |

BradP I can understand that you found an illegal image [mistake] and wanted to bring it up to the SC about DQ. I think it would of been better to have email a SC member but hindsight is 20/20. BTW I don't think you are trying to raise you average, what would it do raise it by 0.001. LOL
BTW- I like the way you proposed a DQ'ed pic to show up at the end of a challenge. |

Would the DQ'd shots have an explanation to why they were DQ'd? Also, will this have an effect on the users average?

Average should be replaced by either:
a) Best 10 photographs average
or
b) Most recent 10 photographs average
or something like that..
