I took this shot in March of 2003.
Yesterday after a very heavy snowfall I went out to the same area and took another picture.
Sony verses the Canon. I like the second shot better. I do however think if I took my Sony out and took the same picture it would be just as good. I have learned so much in two years. Amazing how time flies.
Let's see your pictures that you went back and retook.

Very hard to judge between the two.
I like the whites on the first one a lot better, but I think the details in the second and the colors are much more vivid and attractive.
In any case, wonderful shots and great inspiration. No, I haven't taken any old photo again I'm afraid... Perhaps as colda suggested I should try and re-take this one. same person, 20 years later...
But what I truely fail to understand here, is... Yesterday? you had a snow storm yesterday? Woman we are in the middle of May!! Where are you living??? Although I thought a little bit different a few months ago, today I don't envy you one bit and I wouldn't trade places with you for the world!!!

Yes, we had about a foot of snow. That is Wyoming for you. :-) I have a feeling it will snow again before summer hits.
