Hi-ho,
Well, I did have this plan of taking something interesting I could share with the dpc folks for the 10,000th frame with my 20D, but alas it wasn't to be..
I was shooting at a day care center today, where our daughter does a couple of days a week to play with other kids her age... All of the photos either side of the big 10k are of children I don't have parental permission from to show publicly, so they'll have to remain pin-ups for the notice board at the center.
They were cute, just for the record. :-). And the 20D enjoyed a nice rest in the camera bag on they way home from the big event!

I am not sure congratulations are in order as with each click you are shortening the life span of your camera but who cares when you are getting good photographs :)
How long did it take for you to reach 10.000? I hit the mark just the other day, got mine on march 18th. |

i find that getting the clicks is not that hard when you have nothing else to do...

| O.K., so I have this real cheap HP 945 camera. Does anyone know how I can tell how many shots have been take. Can't find anything in the manual. |

If each photograph is numbered as you take it (which is normally the case), and you have never reset the counter, check to see what the last image you took was entitled by the camera.

November last year, so I'm not quite as shutter happy as you. :-).

| I'm up to 14.000 on my 20D and I only got it in january, before then I was at the 50.000 mark as a total of all my cameras :) |
