This is a party you can attend retrospectively. On May 7th, students at MIT held their first and only convention for Time Travelers. It was the only one, they argue, because time travelers could attend anytime they wanted to.

After all, time travelers of whatever period will be able to attend provided only that news of the convention survives into any future period that might invent time travel. Now, this may be far into the future, so even that is a non-trivial problem.

The party's website admits time travel is a "hard problem."
