Just wondering what others thought of these. Which do you like better?

| Based purely on the post processing I would say the first one. The orange in the second does not really blend well either via color or lighting. It looks like you just slapped an orange gradient filter on the top part of the image. |

Well that is good then, cause that is what I wanted it to look like. I am experimenting and that is all. Oh and the gradient layer was over the top of the whole image.

I find it a curiously compelling shot. I don't like the orange gradient at all, though. It seems pointless and articicial to my sensibility. I've taken the liberty of doing some more subdues gradient work, plus some genral levels-and-hue work. The gradient is applied ONLY to the sky, not the whole image. See what you think...

I did one too like this, sort of. I did one with a more matching color than the orange, and more subtle.

Very nice. That's more in the territory I was aiming at, rather than the extreme surreal color of the orange version. I like it a lot.
