absolutly if I am still to get 100 votes and they are all "10"s...

but hey if my score means that i can be as awsome as you then hey bring on the 4.9!!!!

I have a triangle right in the middle of my pic and eight people commented they cant see a triangle ..talk about getting hammered

There are two VERY obvious triangles that really seem "in your face" (to me) in my picture and it's barely hanging onto 5. A few more low votes and it might sink down into the 4's again.

Maybe people are looking for hidden trianges or something and not seeing the ones right in front of their noses! The challenge description said the triangle should be a key element of the picture but I guess mine are so obvious that people somehow can't see the forest for the trees!

Obvious and key element are not necessarily the same thing. A picture of a square house with a triangle placed on the front step is still a picture of a house. A connection of the triangle with the theme of the photo is necessary for the image to succeed.

Just my opinion, feel free to disagree.

edit: this is not a reference to any particular photo in the challenge, just an analogy.

I agree what I did was use a triangle in shape object....but in using it as the focus point, I managed to hide it in plane site........so even though it is the main point of the pic the obviouse focal point it is hidden..... so i get hammered

Usually in the current challenge thread there's a bit of bragging by the 6's and 7's crowd. Not in this one, however. Only one "7's" brag and only a few "6's" braggarts.

Some challenges run hot and some cold. This has a cold feeling to it. I am thinking a 6.4 or 6.5 will make top 10. 6.8 might ribbon. Guess we'll see tomorrow.
