The second one is actually a matted framed 8 x 10 up for sale in a local cafe. I was just wondering if anyone liked the first one better and if it was something good enough to sell as a print...

The second one actually looks pretty good framed... I was quite happy with the outcome. The white border isn't shown in the framed print as well...

The first one is just another tulip-on-black shot, and not all that great a one considering. It's an ok picture, for sure, but nothing to make me sing hosannas. The other one is very nice, with a real sense of place and a nice, luminous pallette. The OOF rock in BG is particualrly sweet.

I think the second one radiates with much more life; the first one is more static and ho-hum to me. Both are excellent photogprahy, of course. The second one is the one I would want to look at all day.

I like the second one best. The first one is nice, with the shadows and all, but not as much there to hold my interest as the second one. It has very appealing colors and textures to it without being too busy.
