My wife and I went to Medical Imaging place today. Turns out she's not as far along as she thought. Just over 8 weeks. Puts the birth in mid-December.
Working on my macro and backlighting shots, I had to use a special, tapered lens to get this, but here's what an 8 week old fetus looks like (see if you notice the resemblence):

Well, I did get a real pic from the ultrasound place, but it is not nearly as cool as that color one my wife found on the internet.
I did get to see the heart beating - like 160 bpm! Like a dang hummingbird or something! :) I'll post more in a few months as things progress, but I just know how much everyone loves baby pictures and what better than posting them at every incremental stage of development for all to enjoy! :P
