There was a nature center in englewood/englewood cliffs that would take you to the palisades. Some nice nature shots, I'd reckon, in that setting. I'm also struck by the number of shots of the golden gate bridge presented here lately, but I don't recall any of the GWB, which isn't a bad looking bridge at all. Have fun...I miss that part of the world sometimes (grew up in Englewood).

It has been years since I have been back home to Jersey. The water gap I think would be a great place for photos, also a stream called the little flat brook was a very nice place, can't recall the exact location but it is on the map. Would love to see your photo's when you get them. Edison NJ

See, it's a nice-looking bridge with some photo potential. At night, with the blue and white lights (at least they used to have that five years ago), and under the right conditions, it could be stunning.

I think I'm nostalgic, a little bit, for home. Probably not enough to make me go back to that area anytime soon, though...

How about the Tempe Wick House. Thats near Basking Ridge. Or go to Chester, NJ. It's a nice old town. Lots of Antique shops. It's been years since I've been there, but still might be nice for pictures. You can always wait for the Hot Air Balloon Festival that should happening within the next few months.

Have you tried Peapack, Gladstone area. Nice country side there. What about the environmental center in Basking Ridge. Thats a Nature park. I know there are plenty of old homes from the 1800's in the area.
