While I was playing tennis today, my daughter (Smartypants), absconded with my camera and new 70-200 f4 lens and went for a walk. Here are some of her nuggets:

I hate kids that take better photo's then I do. But then in my case that is not hard to do. He he

wow she musta been quiet -- I have a hard time getting cardinals with my 300mm! -- they just seem so active.

And she caught a great blue heronraptor pouncing a duck. Amazing shot...

She stalked the heron for about a minute hoping to capture it as it took flight. It did, passing right over a couple of ducks (she cropped one out). Not a dive-bomb mission but that was my first thought too.

She loves the lens/cam combo - great, now SHE'S going to want a DSLR.

Looks like you need to upgrade her camera or hide yours so she can't use it ;-)
