Our 9yr old Golden Labrador has lst 2kg in weight and got very lethagic over the last 6/8 weeks.
He is currently in care at our Vet's having urine and blood tests to pinpoint the illness
We are hoping that it will not be life threatning as he is our best friend and model.. |

I really hope he will be o.k.!
Here is our old retreiver shes going on ten herself!
Our younger dog had a grand mal about a month ago at the age of six.He had never had this before!! A neighbors dog had the same thing about a week later,we now suspect poisioning, something they ate while walking in the woods!!
Hope your best friend makes a full recovery.

Thanks all for your messages, I have just spoken with Naomi Annesley our vet, She said the Urine and faeces tests are clear, the bloods will be back tomorrow (Mon) but he is eating like labs should and appeasc ok. it is the sudden weight loss over the last 6/8 weeks that is the concern and hopefully the blood tests may pin piont this ,.
Again thank you all for your messages and concern.
