What is a Bike?
I have a vaigue memory of some strange metalic object that can propel a human being in a foward motion at moderate speed. or is that called a motorbike.
AH!!! got it. one of those things that you have to sweat on to move. Been too long, old age took over, last time i rode a bike my kids laughed so much they fell off theirs.
Sorry 'bout the bone - OUCH!!! |

I broke mine a couple of years ago, sitting down in the bathtub and ended up banging it against the spiggot. That was a bit painful. Sympathy for you.

My bike (when new) cost over twice what my camera did. Wish I still had that kind of money to spend.
As for the picture I admit I like the line art one better than the "original". |

p.s. Love the photo! I have a raleigh hybrid that I use to toodle around the lake near our house. Need to get on it, just been too lazy! |
If I ever broke mine a second time, I would never stand up again. Pain takes on a life of it's own when you take that fall.

The only reason I don't ride much anymore is that they've made all the hills steeper. Whew! |
Bikes weight less and you can get some 30 speeds now. I would love a lighter bike, but the most cost effective way to lighten the overall load is for me to lose 30 pounds.
Ok, 40.
Well....back in the day that my bike was my min set of wheels I was 50 pounds lighter.
At this rate I will outweight my car before i die!

@ Jacko: Thanks, my butt is much gooder now. =]
@ spvanderm: 4 times!?! Ouch, I can't imagine that pain. =[
@ alionic: actually, these days, I find my bike to be a mental and physical torture device.
@ Logarithim: Thanks.
@ NathanW: Thanks, I'm sure there was some other method to make the photo pop more, but the line art worked for me.

I just took this shot:
And, in PS, used the Filter|Stylize|Find Edges to end up with this:
