I just got part of my website up and just wanted to know what you may think. I have a lot more work and coding to do but I would love your Comments please, it would be helpful.
Thanks

You know Scott I think it looks pretty nice.
My first suggestion would be to move the text on the front page to a link like BIO/About ME/Who I am/Introduction something like that.
It's too much to read when first entering the site. Other then that small thing it looks nice. I also would like to see all the page colors match. :)

I think you have a great start. I agree with justine about the text on the front page, though. But it looks really nice! Also, you have some great pictures on the site!

"Contact Me" - I'd rather if you built a page with your Email there, instead of opening an email client.
It's my personal preference.
The gallery itself - try making vertical images show fully without the need to scroll at screen resolutions of 1024x768 and up (one options is to use some smart-resizing-capable program to control your posted image's sizes.

Everything else is just fine ;)

Thank you for your input gemini and ever one. Every comment helps me, I know html and java to a degree but no where near the level of most people. So I am coping everyones request in to a file so I can try each one of them. Thanks again.
More comments welcome.

Personally I'm not fond of the gallery opening a new window and looking nothing like the rest of your site.

You also leave yourself open to a lot of spam having your email address out in the open like that. You may want to try using a form or having your email address encoded with some or all of the characters replaced with their character entities.

It's always good practice to use a proper DTD at the top of your document. While you're at it you can add appropriate meta tags. You aren't doing much styling right now but it tends to be easier to maintain a site if you move all the CSS to one external file rather than sprinkling it in with the HTML.

EDIT: When you're on the bio page the link to the home page is broken.
