The one that kills me is the Pentax El 100 - Jak mostly. He has the FIFTH highest average with a 1.2MP cam!!!!!!!! I mean...DAMN.
Canon can lay a pretty good claim, having 2 of the top 3 cams on the site.
The Olympus C720 has an average of 5.178 after 68 submissions. Lisae, Jason, Kelly - this is OUR call - if we can top 5.249, we will get onto the second page of results and stop trolling down here.

I have to say the most impressive camera work around comes from the DSC-F707 , if only because of sheer bulk of submissions. That top-scoring page is all blue with two splashes of red. My camera sees nowhere near that competition.
The real undeclared war, though, goes on over at Site Favorites, between "Liberty and Justice" and "Taking Cover." Place one and two switch constantly.
I'm also curious why the picture "Cottage in the Snow" is listed there as having 49 favorites, the link is broken, and then only one person is listed as having favoritized it, and its alleged photographer has never submitted a picture.

w00t! The 602 leapt a huge 2 places and onto the first page a week early, well done : ) Now we can set about overtaking some of these 'lower end' cameras like the 707 .
There were 2 new entries in the 602's top 12 *again* this week, and Marbo's ribbon winner only just cracked the top 18! The competition is getting real hot around here. |
